Sarah Michelle Gellar carried her daughter, Charlotte, after a girls' only lunch in LA yesterday. It was a tough balancing act for Sarah Michelle, who had her hands full with a sippy cup, her car keys, and her purse. SMG and Charlotte are regular ladies about town these days, enjoyingfood outings and sunny walks together. Charlotte just passed the big milestone of turning 10 months old, and she'll celebrate her first birthday later this year in September.
